Having difficulty dealing with all of the changes in the past year? Finding it hard to navigate hybrid work environments, family dynamics, and/or personal relationships? It's so easy to doubt yourself and become overwhelmed.
This session is designed to help you manage your emotions, challenge your negative thinking patterns, improve your relationship skills, and reduce your stress and anxiety — all of which bolsters your mental health. You'll be introduced to a combination of mind-body techniques to make you better equipped to manage change and handle challenging emotions. Get structure, inspiration, guidance, motivation, and support.
Future sessions will include a discussion of your progress since your last session, as well as any other new concerns and goals that have surfaced.
